Course – CLOSED FOR THE WINTER

Dear Eaglecrest Members and Guests

As many of you are already aware, Eaglecrest Golf Course has now been sold to the Town of Qualicum Beach. The Town will be officially taking over the property at Dec.1 st, 2025.

We would also like to share the Town’s official message regarding the next steps:

“The Town is currently in the process of selecting a new operator for the Eaglecrest Golf Course. The operator has not yet been selected, and the timing of the reopening for both the golf course and the clubhouse will depend on the agreement reached with the successful proponent. The Town understands how important the facility is to members and the broader community and will work to support reopening as soon as possible once an operator is in place.”

We want to sincerely thank all of our members for your support, patience, and loyalty throughout these past years. Eaglecrest has been a special community, and it has truly been our honour to serve you. Although our ownership is coming to an end, we are hopeful for the future of the course under the Town’s direction and believe that the next chapter will bring new opportunities and renewed vitality to this beloved place.
